Brilliant!
Luci is a straight talking, professional who, in her words” gets the job done” and she did!
Excellent communication, always responded to my messages and made the whole process pleasant!
Thank you so much Luci 😊

After a false start with another agent, Luci was a breath of fresh air. Down to earth, no nonsense, no BS!

She gave us a realistic valuation and advised on the strategy to get the best price. We listed on Wednesday, had viewings on Friday, sold on Saturday.

She exceeded our expectations throughout, and we're very happy to recommend her.

I work in the mortgage industry so have a lot of dealings with Estate Agents. It’s not uncommon to assume that smaller companies can’t provide the same level of service as larger estate agents, but my interaction with Luci throughout the process has been amazing. I can’t stress how important communication is to me, and Luci is brilliant with keeping in touch and keeping all parties updated. Hope to deal with Luci Morgan Estate Agency again in the future!

We can not thank Luci enough for introducing us to our dream home, we're first-time buyers, and the experience has been great... Buying a house is probably one of the most personal things you can ever do, but working with an independent agent like Luci, every step along the way felt personal! We would really recommend Luci to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

"Refreshing ... finally an estate agent who genuinely cares".
We would like to publicly thank Luci for being the rock that was needed during the sale of our property, from the start to the day we moved she was there to help, assist and go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.
The key was communication, she was able to provide updates and information when other estate agents and solicitors were impossible to deal with.
We can't recommend her enough and would advise anyone selling or buying to speak with her first.

I can’t say enough about Luci, she was constantly in contact to reassure us and dealt with extremely difficult solicitors very well. Luci was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be in touch should we wish to sell/ buy again.

We used Luci to sell my mum's house and so glad we did. She doesn't mess about, sold the house within a couple of weeks. Professional service and I highly recommend anyone selling their property to call her!
